ZABZUGU 24-HOUR ECONOMY MARKET SOD-CUTTING CEREMONY

Yesterday, 29th April 2026, Zabzugu District received the Regional Minister and MMDCEs to support the sod-cutting for the 24-Hour Economy Market.

The ceremony held at Zabzugu District with an interesting turnout. People from different places came around to witness the sod-cutting ceremony with different cultural dances.

At the program the District Chief Executive of Zabzugu District spoke to the media and the public, saying he is very happy for having a 24-hour market in Zabzugu. Telling the public and the media that when the project is completed it will be one of the best outfits people have never seen. And it is going to bring a lot of economic change in the district. So he is happy for having the Regional Minister in the district to cut the sod for the construction. And this will change the face of Zabzugu.

The Regional Minister also said he is happy for the Chief, and then the Member of Parliament, and then the whole, the entire district are saw him that there is peace in the district. So as there is peace in the district him the Regional Minister together with the President will put their hand on district and whatever they will make sure that development will come there. He also plead to the youth that this work the contractor is coming to do it is not one man work it need more hand. So the youth will partner us with the contractor and help the contractor so that they will also get something small from the contractor by explaining that no ones will go there and rather be for stealing the iron rod or the smith that one is not supporting.

And the Member of Parliament for Zabzugu District also showed his presence there and also expressed his efforts to the media and the public. Saying he wants to plead with the people living in the district that they should be calm and always pray for peace. That if Zabzugu will change to a different level there should be peace in the district. So he is asking for peace and also praying for the chief to stand and pray for peace in the district. And he mentioned that the youth should also be calm and pray for peace so that Zabzugu can develop to a higher level.
